Cancellation Policy:
1. All balances are due 60 days prior
to arrival date for low season, 90 days prior to arrival date for high and
shoulder seasons.
2. Once balance is paid in full, a
refund is only available if those nights can be re-rented. Every effort to
re-rent those nights will be made.
3. If a full re-renting of those
nights is made, a $100 cancellation and bookkeeping fee will be retained.
All other funds will be returned.
4. If only the initial deposit of
$500 is received and cancellation is made, then re-renting will be
attempted. If full re-renting does not occur, your maximum loss is the
initial deposit amount. Again, a $100 cancellation fee will apply even if
full re-renting occurs.
